We are currently looking for an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to serve as the essential connection between our valued customers and skilled technicians. ⭐ What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers and consistently deliver outstanding service.

• Listen to and accurately document customer concerns.

• Efficiently schedule vehicle service appointments.

• Provide clear and detailed estimates for services and repairs.

• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service.

• Maintain accurate records of services and payments.

• Assist with inventory and parts ordering.

• Process cash and credit card transactions.

✅ What You’ll Need:

• At least 2 years of relevant Service Advisor experience (required).

• Franchise dealership experience preferred.

• Ford certification required.

• Knowledge of automotive repairs, including suspension, brakes, oil changes, transmissions, and diesel repair.

• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.

• Detail-oriented and organized.

• Cash handling experience is a plus.
